1 - The Promoter

2 - The Competition
- The terms and conditions outlined here apply to all competitions (a “Competition” or “Competitions”) available on the Promoter's Website at https://richamigos.com (the "Website")
- Participation in Competitions requires payment of an entry fee (the “Entry Fee”) (unless entering by post).
- As there is an option to enter all of our Competitions for free by post, the Competitions are not regulated in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005.
- To be eligible to win a Competition, entrants ("Entrants") must accurately answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the "Competition Question").
3 - How to enter
- Each Competition will run from the Opening Date to the Closing Date as specified on the Website.
- All times and dates referred to are in London, England time.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates only in exceptional circumstances (which does not include not selling enough tickets).
- Any changes to these dates will be updated on the Website.
- To participate in a Competition via the paid or postal route, it is necessary to first create an account on the Website.
- All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the Closing Date. Any paid or postal entries received after this time will automatically be disqualified.
- The maximum number of entries for each Competition will be clearly stated on the Website. Once the maximum number of entries for each Competition is reached, no further entries will be sold or accepted to the Competition, either through the Website or via the postal route.
- (Where applicable) the maximum number of entries per person to each Competition will be stated on the Website. Once the maximum number of entries per person for each Competition is reached, no further entries will be accepted to the Competition for that person either through either the Website or via the postal route.
- If the Promoter believes that a person has registered for multiple accounts on the Website, or has registered in another person’s name, the Promoter is entitled to cancel the accounts and to void all paid and postal entries submitted by that person.
- At its absolute discretion, the Promoter shall be entitled to close the account of any person, who it suspects of being fraudulent, misleading or in any way deceptive in relation to Competition entries.
- To enter the Competition by the paid method, you must visit the Website and select the Competition you wish to enter. Then, input your answer to the Competition Question, select the required number of entries, and proceed to the checkout. You will need to log in or register before agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and completing your purchase.
- Once your paid or postal entry has been received, the Promoter will send confirmation by e-mail. The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries that are lost or delayed, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind.
- By purchasing entries and submitting a Competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- FREE POSTAL ENTRY
- To enter a Competition for free by the postal entry route, you must follow these instructions: (1) register for an account on the Website (2) send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: 2 Hardy Close, Rugby, Warwickshire, England, CV22 7JA.
- The entry must include the following information: (a) the name of the Competition you are entering; (b) your full name; (c) your date of birth; (d) your residential address; (e) your contact telephone number; (f) your email address; and (g) your answer to the Competition question.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Each person may submit multiple free entries to any Competition (up to any limit placed on entries per person by the Promoter), but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately.
- Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted.
- Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
- Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the draw.
- If the number of entries received to a Competition reaches any cap or limit before postal entry is received, the entry will not be entered into the draw.
- By entering a Competition by the paid or postal route, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions.
- All entries to a Competition must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date.
4 - Selecting a winner
- All paid and postal Entrants who provide the correct answer to the Competition Question will be entered into the random draw.
- Draws will be conducted within 7 days of the closing date of each Competition.
- Google's random number generator (or other certifiably random method) will be used to select winners.
- All draws will be live streamed on our Youtube or other social media channel.
- All Entrants' usernames and entry numbers will be included on a spreadsheet that may be published on the Website and may be visible during the live draw.

5 - Eligibility
- Competitions are open to all individuals who are aged 18+.
- Entrants are responsible for ensuring that entry to the Competition is legal in their country of residence.
- The following individuals are not permitted to participate in Competitions:
- Employees of the Promoter; or
- Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected to the Competition or its administration.
- Upon entering a Competition, you acknowledge and confirm your eligibility to participate and to receive any prize awarded.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of an Entrant’s age and eligibility to a Competition. If such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time, the Entrant may be disqualified from the Competition or from winning a prize.
- The Promoter will not accept incomplete entries or entries that are automatically generated by a computer.
- If an Entrant’s conduct is deemed contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition, including any rude or abusive behaviour towards the Promoter or their associates, they may be disqualified and have their account closed.
- Except for the circumstances described in clause (10 - General), entry fees are non-refundable.
- Entrant’s will not receive a refund of your entry fee if you are later found to be ineligible to enter a Competition or to win a prize, or if you are disqualified from the Competition by the Promoter.
- If payment for a Competition entry is reversed, disputed or otherwise challenged, the entry to the Competition will be void.
- If any Entrant engages in fraudulent conduct, fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the Website, or unauthorized use of any of the Website's code, all of their entries will be void, no refunds will be given, and they will be prohibited from participating in any future Competitions.
6 - Prize details
- The Website describes the prize (the “Prize”) for each Competition, which is correct to the best of the Promoter's knowledge, information, and belief.
- The availability of Prizes is subject to change, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of equal or greater value.
- If any details of the Prize change, the Promoter will update the Website as soon as possible.
- The Promoter provides no warranty or representation about the Prize, its value, condition, or any other information provided on the Website. The information provided on the Website is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date.
- Unless stated otherwise, there is no cash alternative for the Prize. However, the Promoter will try their best to provide one if the Winner prefers cash over the Prize.
- Prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
- Any import or other duty or personal tax payable in relation to receipt of a Prize is the responsibility of the Winner.
7 - Winners
- The Promoter's decision in relation to the winner (the “Winner”) of a draw is final and there will be no correspondence or discussion entered into.
- The Promoter will contact the Winner as soon as possible after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided in the Entrant’s account. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 14 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries received before the Closing Date.
- The Promoter will publish the username and winning number of prize winners on the Website and send the username and winning number of Prize winners to any Entrant.
8 - Claiming the Prize
- You must claim the Prize in person or have it delivered to you. Prizes cannot be claimed by someone else on your behalf.
- Details of how to receive the Prize, either through delivery or collection, are available on the Website.
- The Promoter will require all Winner’s to provide an identity document to prove that they were eligible to enter the draw. In particular, the Entrant will be required to prove that they are aged 18+. Evidence of age/identity will include a valid passport and/or driving licence. Where satisfactory evidence of age/identity is not provided by the Winner, the Promoter will not award or deliver the Prize to the Winner.
- Prizes will be delivered for free to a Winner’s address in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
- Additional charges will apply to any Winner requiring a Prize to be delivered to any other country outside the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
- Any import or other duty or personal tax payable in relation to receipt of a Prize is the responsibility of the Winner.
- If any of your personal details, including contact information, change, you must notify the Promoter as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. The email should include information about the Competition you entered, your old and new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use your old details if it needs to contact you.
- If you win a cash Prize, the amount will be transferred directly to your nominated bank account. You must provide evidence that you are the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account within 14 days of winning. If you fail to provide this evidence, you will be disqualified from the Competition, and the Prize will be forfeited. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant who submitted a correct entry before the Closing Date.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any inability or failure to claim the Prize and will not offer any compensation.
9 - Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the Winner's acceptance of the Prize, unless such harm is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors, or their employees. This provision is not intended to affect your statutory rights.
10 - Data protection and publicity
- If you enter a Competition, you consent to the Promoter and its agents and suppliers holding and using any personal information provided by you only to administer the Competition or as otherwise set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy https://richamigos.com/privacy-policy/, which is available on the Website.
- If you win a Competition, the Promoter may request your consent to use your name, image, and town or county of residence for announcing the Winner and conducting any reasonable publicity associated with the Competition. Your participation in such publicity is subject to your explicit consent.
- The Promoter will not disclose your personal data without your specific consent, as it would be a breach of GDPR regulations. However, if you do not agree to participate in any publicity, the Promoter may still provide your information to the Advertising Standards Authority, which is a legal requirement to prove that the Competition has been properly administered and that a Prize was awarded.
- If you win a Competition, you may be asked to provide additional personal information and proof of your age and identity to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information for this purpose. You can request more details about how your personal information is being used and withdraw your consent, but doing so may result in you forfeiting the Prize, and you will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
- Please note that under data protection laws, you can request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the Competition, and it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you win. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee if you withdraw from the Competition. If you do not want any of your personal information to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at [email protected] before the Closing Date.
10 - General
- The terms and conditions of this Competition are subject to change at the discretion of the Promoter, and the most current version will be available on the Website.
- The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant from the Competition, and any future Competitions, if there is reason to believe that they have breached these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter may void, suspend, cancel, or amend a Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond its control. If this happens, any entry fees paid will be refunded.
- Facebook is not associated with or responsible for the administration or promotion of Competitions on the Website. By entering Competitions, Entrants agree that Facebook has no liability in relation to Competitions.
- Google is not associated with or responsible for the administration or promotion of Competitions on the Website.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be determined by the courts of England and Wales.
